The DHS, in consultation with the State Department, has announced eligible countries for H-2A and H-2B visas for the next 12 months, adding Belize to the list. The programs help U.S. employers hire foreign nationals for temporary jobs. The updated list is effective Nov. 8, 2024, through Nov. 7, 2025.
